PRESS RELEASE - June 25, 2007

Due to unfortunate circumstances the reunited Malice will not be able to play in Europe this summer. The shows at London Underworld and the Headbangers Open-Air Fest in Germany are now postponed until next year.

We had five other shows scheduled with another promoter that would have paid our expenses, but they are out of business and we cannot afford to "pay to play".

Instead, Malice will be recording new demos in L.A. and playing a few select shows. The first confirmed show is Friday, July 13 at Paladinos in Reseda, CA, followed by another show on July 14th, location TBA. Stay tuned for details!

We apologize to all of our fans, friends and promoters and we will see ya soon.

PRESS RELEASE - January 1, 2007

MALICE is back!

'80s Los Angeles heavy metal legends MALICE have been resurrected by the three original guitar slingers (Mick Zane, Jay Reynolds and Mark Behn) with Pete Holmes (Black N' Blue, Michael Schenker) on drums and newfound vocal sensation Brian Allen fronting the band. Immediate plans include European festivals in summer 2007 and a new record on an as-yet-undetermined label.

MALICE's two Atlantic releases — "In The Beginning" and "License to Kill" — are available Stateside on WEA label Wounded Bird and have continued to sell over the years. The band also plans to release several live DVDs from the '80s and possibly a retrospective of past demos and unreleased songs.

MALICE guitarist Jay Reynolds is currently a member of METAL CHURCH.
